1. Payment & Reservation

• Full Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of checkout to secure your item.
• Guaranteed Slot: By completing your purchase, you are guaranteed a unit from our first production run.

2. Estimated Shipping Timeline

• Ship Date: We expect to begin shipping orders on or around 5/17.
• Updates: We will send you a status update via email every week until your order ships.
• Please note: While we aim to be as accurate as possible, shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to minor delays due to production or logistics.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order is locked into our production schedule.
• Address Changes: If you move or need to update your shipping address, please contact us at superiorsusa@gmail.com at least 7 days before the estimated ship date.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Standard Policy: Our standard return policy applies once you receive the item. You will have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

5. Combined Shipping

• If you purchase "In-Stock" items along with your "Presale" item, the entire order will ship together once the presale item is ready.
• Tip: if you need your other items sooner, please place two separate orders.
